Depends where you are and what you are using to try to listen to it.

I found this:

In a number of areas, particularly in areas where the signal from the main 1089 and 1053 kHz transmitters overlap with each other, Talksport operates a number of filler transmitters on different frequencies:

1071 kHz - Nottingham, Newcastle

1107 kHz - Merseyside, West Sussex, South Kent, Torbay, The Wash, Hampshire

The 1089 and 1053 kHz frequency was originally used by BBC Radio 1 between 1978 and 1994.

It is also transmitted across the UK on digitally via DAB digital radio, Freeview, Sky, Virgin Media, Freesat and TalkTalk TV. Talksport is also streamed online; however, due to rights restrictions on live coverage, some live sport commentaries are not available online.

Hope it helps.

First off you can not keep a good man down, the whale will be back. Yes i will miss James in fact he was the only reason a tuned into talk sport, he was like part of the fixing and fittings been with the station since it's launch in the mid 90's. Ofcom have a set a rules which James broke, the rules stink, well some of them any way, this is not fair, the guy always told it how it is,you either loved or wanted him dead with his views on things, the station it's self did not want to let him go but was in fear of being sued, they had to let him go,this was explained to James and he excepted it.Lets face it the whale was a crowd puller, those who listened because they liked him and rang in,those who hated him and rang in to have a go at him. word as it the whale will be back near the end of the year and if it is true that Virgin radio have already took a interest in him , they did want him some time ago. Any way it is wrong, did our fathers or grand fathers not fight for free speech, and this man now loses his job for speaking what he feels. ofcom are the governing body of radio and TV and they are clamping down more and more these days to the point where you will be afraid to open your mouth on air, kind regards x kitti x
