Is it safe to leave my radio playing all night?

I cant get to sleep without listening to music, I usually listen to my ipod but have recently started listening to the radio while i sleep.

Is it safe to leave the radio on all night?

perfectly safe. Radios use very little electricity.

Yes it is my son does it every night.

He can't sleep without noise of some kind.
