DirEttore is a good free one, although that's more for automation. OTS Software has a good selection of free and reasonably priced software to accomplish what you're looking to do as well.

If you're on a mac, try RadioLogik at macinmind.com. The trial is free and does not expire, the only drawback is that there is a dialogue box that comes up for 30 seconds every half hour. If you are on windows, try S3 SAM Party DJ. That's another good one.
