Tips on how to win tickets on KIIS fm?

everytime i try and call the number it says the number is not available at this time... is that what is supposed to happen? I have to be caller 102 and i REALLY want to win!!!! what am i supposed to hear when i am calling the number? The number that i use is (800)-520-1027

There are thousands of people calling at the same time. Just keep trying. Make sure to call as soon as you're given the cue. If you're lucky, you'll get through to them and you'll win tickets.
