I'm a 26 year old woman and every once in a while, I get told I have a "radio voice". I'm guessing this is a compliment, but what exactly do they mean by it? What qualifies someone as having a radio voice?

That means that they think that it sounds good, and that it sounds similar to others they have heard on the radio. You need a strong and clear voice that can pronounce words so that people can actually hear them.

Yes, it is a compliment.

The recipient of this poem, a blessed woman is she, to make such a pure heart sing out, in joyous "oh glory be." This is a beautiful poem, for a very beautiful person, I'm sure. Someday, I will have to meet this "Aussie Angel." Until then, I'll be content with my non-gorgeous eyes of blue and this hair which I cannot do anything with...ah dear.

It means you have a nice, smooth, somewhat soothing voice. it is very similar to someone saying you have a sexy voice. it is a compliment it generally means they like the way you talk. It is only an insult if they say you have a radio face. lol
